Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.

Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By publishing, you grant The Inky Rabbit a license to host, display, optimize, and distribute that content for operating the service.

Acceptable use

• No spam, harassment, hate, illegal content, or impersonation.
• No attempts to disrupt infrastructure or bypass security controls.
• Moderation actions may include warnings, removals, restrictions, or suspension.

Shop and marketplace

The Inky Rabbit operates an official shop (shipping from Mexico) and a peer marketplace. Presentment currency is USD. Marketplace sales include a 6% platform fee on the item subtotal only (shipping is not included in that fee). Official shop proceeds stay with the platform.

Marketplace payments are held after checkout until the buyer confirms receipt in good condition, or until the auto-release window (default 14 days after the seller marks the order shipped). Buyers may report a problem before confirming; support may issue a full refund or release funds to the seller. Partial refunds are not available in v1.

International buyers may owe import duties or customs fees charged by their country. Official shop returns ship back to Mexico; marketplace returns go to the seller. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described, subject to support review.

Prohibited marketplace listings include counterfeits, stolen goods, and items that violate applicable law. Sellers must provide accurate condition and photos; at least one image is required to publish.
